Lori Zawiski, MBA

Lori started with the firm in February 2021 as a staff accountant and executive assistant. She collaborates with Don to analyze and complete clients’ taxes, bookkeeping, and accounting. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree and her Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Pheonix, and is no stranger to the accounting industry. Prior to joining Don’s firm, she worked at a prior CPA firm for over 15 years. Lori now uses her previous experience in helping this firm’s clients and contributing to its success. When Lori is not working with Don, she is managing properties across Melbourne, FL overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of residential properties for tenant satisfaction.

Raquel Mandel

Raquel has joined our team as the V.P. of Client Relations. She has extensive experience in this area as she owned and operated her own business which became one of the most successful DNA testing companies in Florida. Her company was purchased by the largest worldwide DNA testing company where she stayed on as an employee for the last 10 years. During her tenure she developed and collaborated with many local businesses leading the Florida satellite office to become the company’s top producer.

Her role at our firm includes managing and coordinating sponsored events, marketing, and client liaison to ensure our clients are experiencing top of the line client services and experiencing “Peace of Mind”.

Shaya Theodore, B.S

With over 10 years of experience as a tax accountant, Shaya Théodore specializes in providing comprehensive tax services to individuals and small businesses. As a CPA candidate, she is dedicated to staying at the forefront of industry knowledge and offering clients the highest level of service. Her passion lies in helping clients achieve financial success by simplifying complex tax processes and offering tailored, strategic guidance. Shaya is committed to delivering personalized solutions that not only ensure compliance but also optimize financial outcomes.

Outside of work, Shaya enjoys spending time with family, practicing Pilates, cooking, traveling, and exploring new restaurants. She is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole, enabling her to serve a diverse range of clients. Her mission is to provide responsive, reliable tax services that give clients peace of mind and empower them to grow their financial future.
